Thanksgiving

We all have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. I am thankful for the outstanding group of second graders I get to work wth everyday! What are you thankful for?

It's Pumpkin Time!

Recently the kids had fun doing "pumpkin math". We used measurement, estimation, counting, and addition to explore our pumpkins. We also got a little messy which is always fun.

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! I am excited about the outstanding group of second graders I get to work with this year. Here we are already hard at work!
